Below are the terms and conditions for sending email to address's at any of · *@peterdent.co.uk · *@nataliadent.co.uk · peter.dent@ntlworld.com (Old email address) A) Information and advertisements may be sent free of charge if it is: - 1. from an individual whom I have met, given or sent my email address to directly. 2. as a result of a direct request from me. 3. from an organization with whom I have an account or ordered goods from. 4. in direct, on-topic response to an article I have posted or published. B) The above 4 case's will no longer apply 7 days after you have been asked to stop posting. C) All other posting of advertisements or other material may be sent to my email address provided they are paid for. The following payment terms apply. 1. Payment in Advance £0.10p per article sent and downloaded. 2. Payment in Arrears £10.00 per article sent and downloaded if paid within 28 days. 3. After 28 days interest will be added daily at Bank of England Base Rate * 4, plus £1.00 per letter. 4. If payment is still not paid legal action may be taken and the full cost of this will also be charged. These terms and conditions apply from 1-Oct-1998 until further notice. |
